  • Only calculate the per guest price for guests who are 21+

  • All packages include disposable beverage cups

  • 18% gratuity added

Additional Fees 

REQUIRED BAR STAFF: $30/HR

Our licensed and classy bartenders will keep your guests happy! In addition to the bar hours, 3 hours will be added for set-up/clean-up time. For parties of more than 60 guests, at least 2 bartenders are required.

Optional Add-ons

CHAMPAGNE TOAST: $3/PERSON

Add a 4oz pour per guest & glass toasting flutes for the couple. With this option, champagne will be available at the bar prior to toasting time. 

CHAMPAGNE TOAST TABLE SIDE: $4/PERSON

Add a 4oz pour per guest & glass toasting flutes for the couple. With this option, champagne will be poured table side for guests.

ADD A SECOND BAR: $350 SET-UP FEE

In addition to your reception bar, we will set up a second bar outside for your cocktail hour. Once cocktail hour is complete the bar will be closed and the reception bar will open 

No-Host (Cash Bar)

Guests pay for their own beverages. When bar service is complete, if the beverage minimum has not been met, you the renter are responsible for paying the difference. Beverage minimums are calculated using the per person package pricing above.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Outside alcohol is not allowed during the entire rental period and is subject to loss of your cleaning/security deposit

  • All persons appearing under the age of 29 will be asked for official  identification

​

  • Anyone under the age of 21 or persons without official identification will not be served alcohol

​

  • Persons appearing visibly intoxicated will not be served alcohol 

​

  • You are paying a per guest rate for the bar to be open for a pre-determined amount of time. Any alcohol not consumed at the end of your bar service is the property of River Run Lodge and will not be provided to the renter.
